Survey I

In first stage the parents and the members of the staff evaluate a “good kindergarten” in general, using the criteria of Wind Rose. They evaluate each aspect in a scale from 1 to 5.

The results of the first stage give good input for

  • discussions with parents and staff to negotiate the meanings of different aspects, to explain, why there were valued so high or low and through this activity
  • to build common understanding and shared knowledge about the quality of kindergarten and the aspects that are valued the most in particular kindergarten.
